I literally just called because I need a battery. Richard (his REAL name) was so rude and quite honestly condescending! I simply wanted to know if my vehicle could be serviced the same day. Richard's reply: I don't know, depends on if the battery you need is in stock and I can't hold batteries. When I asked if he could even look at the stock I was met with the same angst and rudeness with "I can't hold batteries because I might sell it to someone who walks in the door". WOW! Thanks for absolutely nothing, especially with the way he didn't answer my question! Pep Boys - I don't know what you did with Rick, but for the love of your business bring him back.... Until then, I'm out and all of Waco should be too!

Marlin was just awesome, my car went to a previous shop and never got fixed. Pep boys came to the rescue by having my car back to me in a timely manner, before I knew it my car was ready not to mention the updates they give via their website!! What an amazing staff there, nothing but positivity all around. You can’t help but leave with a smile! 😊
