Very nice store with great selection all around, but prices are higher than any competitors around as well..

Friendly atmosphere and lots of inventory! My son and I have been going here for several years. Best place in Waco for sports cards and collectibles!
The Toy Box Collectibles
My wife and I visited today and it was a great experience! The store was laid out great and merchandised very nice. Large selection of vintage and modern. From comics to action figures to trading cards they had a bit of everything. Everyone was very friendly and the store was neat and clean. Highly recommended!

Great store. Friendly staff. Tons of options for your collectible needs. Just wish they had a store in temple so I didn't have to drive so far ☺️

They do, but as the last person said, you'll want to ensure you have arranged a time and alerted them as to what you have. That way the right person can be there to help you.
They have a small section for manga, and they'll order specific volumes if you want to order through them.
Pretty fair I can't give you a number but the people there are very friendly and reasonable
Yes. Bring them in and they'll go through them with you.
If you take your books to Bankston's, they may make you an offer. They've been generous in their valuations on things I've sold them.
Yes they do.
We can, please send pics. Thanks
We clean all surface areas, door handles, cc machines during pre-open procedures every day. Customers are welcome to wear masks (not mandated to), and most employees do wear masks.
No we do not carry stamps, but here locally I would send you to Castle Stamp/Storage in Hewitt.
Yes from the 1909 T206 to 2020 Topps
Yes but its take time & patience. There's actually a couple things you can do 1st before dropping em off. 1) obtain a paper copy of their buy list so you you can sort thru & narrow down to those, it'd be super helpful. In addition to the buy list they're always interested in looking at anything older than the 70's [going by copyright date of card, usually found on the back]. 2) call to find out if & when their currently buying. 3) You can arrange to have them dropped off, the card guys can go thru em when able to, & then they can call you to inform when they've finalized.
Definitely get in touch with bankstons. I'm sure they will gladly look at it.
Bankstons may have them, but their other store, "Kings Landing" definitely will. They're next door to each other. Go have a look and dont forget to try some of their food while you're there!♡
Yes some
No, they sell comic books and figures. But Kings landing does!
I did not see any.
They should. Depend on which you are looking for, there are a few.
Yes, there is usually always someone on hand in the sportcards section of the store that is super friendly and knowledgeable. ♡ hope this helps!
It would certainly depend on the type and year of the magazines. However, to sell them locally? I would say barring Craigslist or Ebay. Bankstons would be a decent choice for Comicbooks that are in good shape. Probably early 1970's. Anything in 1990's probably wouldn't yield much in regards to cash. Ultimately it would be up to the store. Never hurts to ask.
I'm sure they can if you are trying to sell them to the store. Otherwise, I doubt they will.
They buy. I think they offered me 40% of going ebay prices for items in the same condition.
No but the gaming shop next door does. I believe it's called Kings Landing...
I dont know if they buy them but they sell them.... I'm always looking to buy ones I need for my collection though 😉
Didn't see any last week when I was in
That would be the Kings Landing café right next door in the back room. It is owned by Me Bankston's wife.
Depends on who and what you got!
They also pay 40% of market price only, I believe.
You would have to call and ask? I would imagine like most collectable stores it would be handled on a case by case basis.
They will give u a rough estimate on them.
I'm sure they do. They have all sorts if signed sports memorabilia
They buy comics as well. Don't think you'll get top dollar for them though.
Yes they sell and buy Baseball ⚾ cards and various other sport's card's
You could always call ahead to see if they will look at your sports cards. If not you can see what ebay is selling them for and give some competition or pass them down to other generations.
