This would be a big 0, 2 stars are all for the lady at the front desk... Simple issue wrong name on the ticket. We had i.d. with the name needed, and even i.d. with the wrong name we had put on the ticket (nickname) now I don't think it's that hard too get a simple issue like that fixes. But the lady in charge of the front desk thought it was.. Thank you too the lady at the computer who figured it out, when the people who should be there too help are not caring about it. We were able to catch our flight because of her. We usually fly delta and haven't ever had any issues with them even with customer service when needed. 5 stars for the lady who made it happen. -3 for everyone else at the front desk.
