I came into the store yesterday and did the 3D foot scan as well as bought a pair of New Balance running shoes. I never received the email of the information that came from the foot scan. Do I need to call the store?

If you haven't seen anything in your inbox after 24 hours, I would call. Your email may have been inputted wrong or a button not hit.

I would definitely call. I had mine before they were finished giving me the foot scan explanation. By the way, I thought the foot scan was pretty awesome. I learned a lot about my feet.

My scan was in my inbox before I got home. I would check your spam folder and call if it's not there- probably a mistake with entering your email address.
