The people here are very rude. They misinterpreted information like they didn’t know what was going on in their own store. They approve me for a loan on the phone but deny me when I get there. Im feeling like it has a lot to do with race. Would not recommend going here even to use the bathroom

I get paid on the 1st. I mentioned this to them and requested a later due date to insure I was never late with a payment. They said not to worry about it. I should have plenty of time to get it to them. I was a day late due to mail or whatever reasons and of course I was charged a late fee. Unaware of this fee It went on my credit report as being over 30 days late. What a ripoff. They definitely are not looking out for your best interest. They will stick it to you whenever they can get the chance. STAY AWAY! Zero stars if it was possible. Any comments referring to my account from them, disputing anything I have said, you can rest assured it will be a lie. That's what they do.

I took out this loan to assist my son with a few finances. I never missed one single payment and usually paid early. They contacted me many times each month hoping for a refinance. After my son passed away, I requested several times over a 5 month span for the calls to stop. It was a painful reminder, that I did not need, of my son not needing me any more. They contacted me 6 times in one month. I again asked them to stop. They informed me they would put in the computer I wished to not be contacted when money was available. Well....they do not comprehend or have respect for their customers. Their greed is all that matters. They began again with their harassing phone calls. Not due to nonpayment...but hounding a grief stricken mother who may have accrued extra unforseen expenses in hopes of catching me at a vulnerable and hopeless time of need. They did not however. Driving me to the point of a near nervous break down for being a loyal paying customer, they pushed me to draw every bit of the balance from my savings to pay them in full. Just to stop them from ever calling me again. If you pay them to early, too well and are dedicated to keeping your word....you will be rewarded with unprofessional hounding phone calls. It does not keep them fresh in your mind as a positive note. Instead...I want to pull my hair out just seeing their name. I would rather pan handle on a street corner than use this company. I have used several finance companies over many years. Most are content with one call to let you know you have money available in case. Not these people. They go over the top to the point of doing anything possible to make it stop. Now...they are PIF. NEVER EVER CONTACT ME AGAIN. If I so much as see a piece of junk mail with their name....it will go straight to my attorney. I have never had a company I paid late to be as harassing and unprofessional as this company for being a dedicated customer. Treating your early payers in this way...will put you out of business quicker than a delinquent one. Beware of being TOO LOYAL. They will tear you down for it. I don't need a weekly reminder my son is dead and no longer needs me. I hope you people realize it is not only unprofessional, but very malicious and cruel. And to be told repeatedly and continue...well may you rot in hell for that.

Great customer service. Having said that, if you're going to borrow money from services such as Sec Finance, you will pay a high interest rate.
