You can rent a rowboat for 5 bucks. Electric trolling motors are allowed. They also rent batteries and motors at the outpost. The deposits on the motors and batteries are cash only of 20 bucks for the battery, I'm not sure on the motor as I always take my own.

No entrance fee, but of course you would need appropriate licenses for fishing or hunting if allowed.
