It is most unfortunate that this Lowes is the home department store for the Suffolk area. My experience with the blinds, window, and curtain department has left me feeling sorry I even went to this store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is a frequent issue with This Lowes. Customer service is non-existent and if you dealt with Jenna it was likely offensive.

Not really a question, but if you have or had a bad experience you should call Corporate office.
