Why Yes I bought a $1700 riding lawnmower or sunday they told me it would be at my house on Tuesday no lawnmower I call and they tell they have no record of my purchase
Once again here I am waiting for the Lowe's Delivery people to pickup the windows.........very unprofessional people, no phone call to let me know what time they would be here. I had to call the store to get a ball park time.....surprise surprise....they are late. Never again will I have them deliver anything, beware if you are considering using them.....just a FYI.
I rarely shop at the Suffolk Lowes because of what I feel is a complete lack of customer service.
I picked up everything that I bought,but their service was horrible.Long wait for help on items we needed,credit card machine acting up,I wished I had went to the Franklin store after everything was over.
I have never had a problem with Suffolk Lowe's.
We use a third party delivery company that has only a few trucks for the entire Virginia area. We used to have Delivery drivers for each store, but it was determined to be too expensive. So in exchange for losing that expense we also lost the reliability and efficiency that came with owning our own trucks. (Frankly speaking I personally feel it was dumb of upper management and you should complain directly to the district HR manager)
I can't say that I have. The only problem I had was getting the driver to put the lumber where I needed it
I'm sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience with the Suffolk Lowe's. I have never had a problem with them but I haven't ordered any Windows fr them either. I hope they compensated you in some way for inconveniencing you.
