I drove from Williamsburg to Barton Ford Suffolk yesterday in hopes of purchasing a used Mazda CX-9 they had on the lot. I was already pre approved with my bank and had no intentions on looking at any other vehicles or even having my credit ran as I didn’t think I could get a better deal. Boy o boy was I wrong Barton ford went above and beyond for me and they were able to find me a newer vehicle at a great price and a better interest rate. I had the pleasure of working with James “Jim” he was such a sweetheart and truly went above and beyond for me. He was not pushy at all and gave me so many options. He made the process so smooth along with the whole Barton ford team. I had my father in law and my 10 month old baby with me and they treated us all so well and even offered us snacks and made sure we were comfortable. The staff there is absolutely amazing everyone is so pleasant as well as the general manager Tracey she was such a joy to work with as she was so kind and understanding. You truly get a warm cozy feeling when you walk in there. You can really tell they value everyone that works there and there customers. It was awesome to see how well they all work together as a team. I purchased a 2020 Ford Escape and it’s absolutely amazing I am so thankful I made the trip to Barton Ford Suffolk and will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. I definitely will be returning. Thank you all so much for everything it was such a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from your location. You all are awesome!!!!

Took my truck in to have an oil change and a brake service. Oil change was done to my satisfaction. The brake service was not. I specifically asked for the brake pads to be re greased at the contact points to the calipers because there is a squeaking noise when the truck stops. I know the brake pads and rotors are still within safe operating ranges. Brakes were inspected and new rear pads and rotors were put in less than 6 months ago when the truck was purchased. The truck stops fine but makes a squeal when coming to a stop. I was told by the service advisor that the technician did not do this because he could not replicate the sound. So the rotors and pads were inspected for proper operating thickness. I was told by the service advisor that brakes do not get greased. That if they make noise when stopping they are failing and need to be replaced. I asked if they need to be replaced then why did the technician say that everything was within spec? So I asked why they did not do what I asked and she again said that brakes do not get greased. So you have a service advisor that does not know what she is talking about and probably did not ask the technician to perform my request from the start. Two stoplights after leaving the dealership the noise returned while coming to a stop. I paid for this service to be done by the dealership because I do not have the extra time or the proper jacks and lifts to safely raise a lifted full size truck to perform a brake service. I have wasted my time and money and I have lost faith in the service department at Barton Ford.

I had a wonderful experience at Barton Ford buying my 2022 Ford Escape SE. They worked with me to find a great deal and also gave me a good offer for my trade-in. If you're looking for a vehicle Barton Ford is the place as they really do care about their customers.

I got a 2000 ford windstar all they did for me was reprogram my key remote
No there is not a fuse that controls all power windows and locks. However, there is a ground wire in the harness between the drivers door and the body of the vehicle that does control both. If that wire is broken you will not have either. The wire ground is G303. If the pass door lock works from the pass door, more than likely it is that ground wire.
