Weekends I tend to look for a meter along market or across the street. You can also get a spot in the parking garage on the back side of the building that they use for the Blues games.
Adjacent/across the street is meter parking; free after 6pm.
There is a huge parking lot it will cost you about $5 to park for an event and it's guarded
If you want free, park on west side of Union Station, street parking. About a 6 block walk.
The Keil center parking is ten dollars per event and they have actual guards. On the same block.
Actually, the Kiel Center Garage is $10 or $20 to park. It depends on the event. This garage is owned and operated by the city, not the venue it's attached to.
