Just saying, mailing isnt a great idea either. Ive mailed my most recent paystubs TWICE and somehow theyre 'getting lost'. I sent in paperwork in january of this year and didnt get benifits until JULY because my mail 'got lost' as it always does when sending it to them. In person is the only way to get things accomplished 90% of the time.
does anyone know how to use mail anymore? this office is great but too overloaded. write a letter and mail in your paperwork. you will get a call if needed. this office is great.
That's how I applied or I just go in and demand to talk to someone. They are ridiculous for not amswering phones.
They "sent" my link in the mail, from the Charleston office, on Feb 6. It is now Feb 18 and we still haven't received it. We live 2 minutes away.
