Do not trust them for transportation to or from Doctors appointments. They canceled an hour before on two separate appointments. They except and sign up for the ride, then call the insurance company an hour before claiming they do not have the drivers.

I had an appointment that they accepted through my insurance and so they called the night before like they should have but they said that I had to be ready to leave by 3pm because the driver didn't like to drive at night, they then told me that they would contact my insurance provider and tell them that they wasn't going to be able to provide me with transportation. The next day when there was no one here at my house I called my insurance company and asked where my ride is and they said they can't help me unless the company that accepted the contract canceled the trip and they didn't, the bottom line is I never got to my oncologist appointment and I'm going to run out of my meds! THANKS SO MUCH SMART MEDICAL TRANSPORT FOR NOT EVEN WORRYING ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT COUNT ON YOU
