I've personally need tried calling but the people at my WOC office told me to not even call and just show up because they never answer or return calls

I haven't gotten mine either. And we're a family of 3, AND I'm breastfeeding. Haven't eaten anything besides chicken, rice, and noodles for 2 1/2 weeks now. But that's okay. A breastfeeding mother doesn't need nutrition. Oh, and the guy made a snide comment when I went in without my husband saying "I bet she can't wait to get it"

Just saying, mailing isnt a great idea either. Ive mailed my most recent paystubs TWICE and somehow theyre 'getting lost'. I sent in paperwork in january of this year and didnt get benifits until JULY because my mail 'got lost' as it always does when sending it to them. In person is the only way to get things accomplished 90% of the time.

Yes, I was just there but you have to wait at the door for security to let you in. You may need a mask, they are still wearing them.

The DHS office in Charleston never answer their phones. The only way to get stuff done is to go in there if you ever get the chance.

They are not like other counties , every where else they answer. They suck here.
