Have older kitty on thyroid meds and is skin and bones. She meows a lot, how can I tell if she's in pain and needs to be put asleep? She still walks around ok and eats and drinks.

Jeri, you need to take the cat in to be checked out. At the very least call, but I would be surprised if they don't advise you to bring it in as well.
