That is sad, sorry about your pet. We stopped using AAA after an issue that was part my fault and AAAs. As I explained in my earlier comment, When a company disrespects their customers to a point where they lose customer's, In my opinion there's something wrong. When the Owner disrespects a woman (my wife) it appears that attitude falls upon there workers also. Again sorry to hear about your loss. We now use Rebublic, no dumpster, 1 large trash can and weekly pickup at a lower rate.
