Horrible trash service.The guys who pick up trash broke my trash can leave trash all over driveway.My cans have attached lids will find lids laying on ground or in ditch.I have a big household now they are saying i can only put out 2 cans a week thats 4 bags i usually have 7 bags .Now for a service i pay for im going to have trash just sitting in my garage because they wont take it. Ridiculous....If there was 0 stars thats what they would get.

I can't say enough good things about this trash disposal service. They are prompt, arrive early and arrive on the scheduled day. Bravo. And thank you.

Absolutely horrible trash service. Everything was great until i never received a bill for my quarterly payment and they come and picked up my dumpster with no warning. Wife called to straighten it out and was told dumpster would be back later that day or next day as she paid everything in full like she would of had she gotten a bill.. Wife called next day when dumpster never showed back up and talked to a different lady that talked to her like she was below human waste and told her well had you paid your freaking bill you wouldnt have this problem now would you and hung up on her. I then called today 2 days later to clear up the problem and express my concern about how my wife was treated and the younger lady was understanding and apologetic about how my wife was treated and said thats completely unprofessional and said she doesnt know why i didnt get a bill and said she was sorry for this mix-up. I wanted to know when i would be getting my dumpster back as im not gonna pay for a dumpster i dont have. The rude lady named (Bonnie) got on the phone over speaker and proceeded to talk to me like she was above and beyond me and told me if i didnt like it take it up with the owner. So i suggest to anyone in the odin or surrounding area that is thinking of using them find another disposal service because they wont take responsibility for a mistake that was made and treat you like you are lower than them or that they could care less.

These guys go above and beyond. We use them for bi-weekly residential trash service. They even picked up what the racoons pulled out of the carts! Thank you for all your hard work!
