Very disappointed at the credit received for a tray that I ordered on Jan.27th for 330 White Oak Lane.Thought the credit should have been half the amount of the bill which should have been$120.00. Disappointed with the quality&quantity.Muriel Pattis

I have been going to Kaufman's for over 40 years and never had bad service or quantity... I think you should have contacted the management with your concerns prior to posting a negative review on a GREAT eating establishment... Just a thought.

Kaufmans is always excellent as far as quality, quantity and customer service. I have never had a bad experience and they listen to concerns. I agree with Harry. Contact them directly instead of negative remarks on social media.

I have been to Kaufman's once and found the food excellent. My only criticism is the 5 minute wait at the counter for someone to take my order. My next trip to Chicago will definitely include lunch at Kaufman's.
