These guys are scammers! Went to get my ac checked out and was told that there were electrical issues. I was told that there was a short and they don’t fix shorts and to take to dealership. Long story short…I took my car to the dealership and there isn’t any electrical issues in my car!!! They just wanted some money!!! Please stay far away unless you like giving out money!

The staff did a good job of fixing my car. The price of the oil change was good. Sadly they forgot to apply the 10% discount to my invoice so I had to wait around a bit for them to calculate that and then put a refund on my credit card.

Be very careful doing anything with these folks. The first gentle words that come to mind are scandalist and scammers. They charged me every year to ‘set my tire pressure monitoring system’ to my winter tires 2x per year and for the summer tires. I only bought snow tires with separate rims because Firestone in MN suggested I do so. Then I finally moved away from Skokie…the new local Firestone was shocked that the Skokie office ‘created’ this non existent charge. These kinds of breaches of integrity should be never be allowed. If you live in Skokie…either go to a Firestone anywhere else…or just a find a better local shop. When trust is lost…all is lost. Save yourself the liability of them not representing integrity and screwing up your car!
