Call the store and ask. If they don't have it, call and have it closed. Sam's will give you a temporary membership card until your new one arrives in the mail.
I sure hope you reported it lost. You should of canceled as soon as you knew it was gone. I know it's a pain but not near as much as getting all the bad charges off your credit report.
When that sort of thing happens you need to go on line and cancel the card. They will issue you a new one. In the meantime go to Membership for a temporary card but will not have master card logo.
