Hi there. The gift shop/education area has a ramp. The trail itself is gravel after a certain point, I definitely wouldn't try pushing a wheelchair but they do have a cart to assist handicapped folks in their tour. The center has wolves, African painted dogs, and several species of foxes. Winter is a great time to go because there is increased visibility (no leaves) and the wolves are more active in cold weather. I've gone twice, myself--once in July and once in October. The later trip was definitely the better of the two!
1. Yes, the education center/gift shop is wheelchair accessible and believe the viewing platform is as well. 2. Yes, but check their website before going. They do close during breeding season and when they have a litter of pups. 3. Yes, they also have a Fenix Foxes and Arctic Foxes. And, they have cool snakes and turtles.
