If they're not shooting they can sit on the bench and not pay the fee. The fee is only for shooters.

Yeah, they have benches to sit at behind the firing line. They will still have to have hearing and eye protection, or rent it. Not sure about the $8 fee.

I have seen people come with someone that are shooting and they will stand in back of the firing line. They will probably still have to pay the $8 entrance fee
