When I give the manager at the post office where my mail is delivered a a letter from my doctor requesting get my mailbox be moved from the street up to my front door and I have bought the new mailbox and installed it at the door doesn't the manager at the post office have to honor my doctor's I was told by him that he needed a letter from my doctor and he accepted the letter.
I'm not sure if returned mail is kept at the post office. Normally all returned mail is sent back to the sender. If you have mail on hold, you can definitely pick that mail up at your local post office. Thanks
