How is it that a man can get disability and draw a check and be wanted by the police its like heres your check now go hide duh

How long does an appeal take for SSI disability after doing your 60 day appeal for them to make a decision? It's been about 3 months now after I sent my records within the 60 day time frame and I still haven't heard nothing back. And why are there never any people from either social security or social security disability who answer the phone like c'mon people!!
