This is not fair and absolutely ridiculous. If you owe the IRS money they make sure they get it ASAP or else you get fined or jail time. But when it's their turn to pay you it takes them forever to get your money to you I have been waiting since May 9th and still have not gotten my money this is not fair. When they want their money they get it when we want our money we don't get it it should be a two-way street!

Irs is a joke at this point they’re never available to help . It’s beyond stressful calling these numbers!

So, no live person on phone, went to IRS official website. I couldn't get the information that I want. I like to compare IRS website as to Microsoft website for one reasons: It prevents me from finding the answer on solving the questions.

After reading most of your reviews, I can honestly feel your ((((pain)))). Normally, I go to H&R Block to get my taxes done. That is it and that was it.

Just log back into Turbo Tax and it will help you through fixing the Adjusted Gross Income. Information has not been hacked in this case.
Tennessee does not have a state income tax so there is no need to fill. Just fill federal as normal, most tax services will ask which state you live in and once you select Tennessee it will only fill the federal return for you.
You'll need to try and make an appointment, I think. I don't work there, but, I know there is a physical office at the federal building.
I'd call.
Contact MN
I do know that you can go down there and make an appointment to be able to talk to someone about any issues or concerns that you have yes I know it is a hassle in a headache because they're not answering the phone and the reason why they're not answering the phones is due to not having anybody to work it's only like two or three people that I know that was in the building when I went down there to be able to make my appointment but they had some appointments available to walk in to talk to someone but they're only allowing you to go down there to make the appointment and then you come back on the day that your appointment is
Go to who you filed with last year they would have a copy. If not that IRS is appointment only you can make a appointment in the building or by phone
I'm not sure but Google IRS in Nashville TN and when it hangs up keep calling someone will answer after a couple hours bout 1 pm on Wednesday or Thursday is the best time to try good luck
Their closed so you wouldn't be able to get them
