Are you getting a Sam credit card then what Tracy h. Stated but if you are going to get a membership and don't like doing it online it takes a few mins at the store at the customer service desk all you need is your identification and tell them your address they take a picture of you and you get your Sam's card and you are good to go.
For Sam's club and Walmart online. You have to create an account with username and password. The application will walk you through the process. If you do not have access to a computer you can go to the store snd and they have a kiosk that you can use.
They have a computer at front of store you can apply on.
You can get it at the customer service counter located near the front of the store
