Yes, they can. Yesterday in a last minute pinch they created beautiful cardstock with my provided artwork, curved edging to piece together hand fans for me. They are beautiful and affordable!!!
We do custom printing on card stock. If you are wanting to provide the card stock, we would need to verify it is compatible to our machines.
