If they are well kept and neat, you are probably ok. The best thing yo do if you are seeking employment is to apply, then during your interview ask them about acceptible hairstyles while on duty. Each account manager is different, and allow different things depending on the post. You wouldnt want to wear long dreads around heavy machinery for example, as they could get caught and you might be injured.
