Worked there from Dec. 17, 2021 - Jan 19, 2022....5 total weekly paychecks---ONLY 1 was accurate with time worked and pay right! I have read ALL previous reviews and can say with 100% confidence to the negative ones describing poor middle mgmt team members and discrepancies in pay---they are 100% SPOT ON!!! When you bring up payroll mistakes to supervisors, not site supervisors, one above the site's, they bait and switch or blame the eHub time software, or the site supervisor for reporting hours worked wrong, that is used to dial in to clock in/out at post assignment. I have inquired to upper/senior mgmt to ascertain exactly how payroll reporting is conducted. From what was told to me, someone lacks basic math and calculator skills. I understand I am being very critical and quite terse, but what company cam continue making SO many blatant and grievous FLSA violations and still be able to operate in the State of TN!? After 3rd payroll incident, gave my 2-week notice to vacate. Within 24 hrs, weekly schedule (days) to complete my notice were being removed thus preventing me from leaving somewhat on amiable terms. When I inquired about schedule, calls and text msgs went unanswered. Avoid this company UNLESS you enjoy unordered chaos, screwed up compensation packages weekly, and unresponsive middle mgmt team members who take no responsibility for their short comings in job performance and effective leadership. My apologies to those app!cants thinking of joining Allied Universal in Nashville, TN, but, wish someone had told me in advance-- could've avoided this s**t show! When John Constable, General Manager in Nashville, TN was made aware of this conduct and blatant violations, nothing was done. They still owe me pay from January 2022. Moreover, the project manager responsible is still working there today. No follow-thru or disciplinary actions whatsoever!

This place is beyond unorganized. I sat in there 10 hrs for orientation and another lady that worked there had to help me finish because the original girls that work there were too busy talking to each other and kept telling me I was done when I was far from it. Then they left while I was still in there. The other lady stayed over an after after closing to help me finish. And now they say they only pay for 4 hrs of the orientation at $7.25/hr which I drove 2 hrs to get there from 8:30am to 6:30pm. Im suppose to start friday and I don’t even know if I want to start with this company anymore!

Sure you can. Call them.
To meet the meet and greet people with a job
Yes
You have to ask for the Nashville office
I have been working for this company for almost a year now and I can say this. I have been doing security for almost 13 years and this is one of the best companies I have worked for.
You should contact the company directly, google maps is not a good way to ask hiring questions.
Requires you to have worked as a security guard for three years, or have former military or police background. Yes, it's pretty much the highest paying job a security officer with no post certification can get in the state of tennessee. No prior felony convictions. You will need to apply for the job as it is posted, or talk to an Allied representative. You should be able to find a phone number on their website, call and set up an appointment with an account manager.
As long as they are kept tied back, and VERY NEAT, the answer is no.
You have to apply for a new one here. Quick, cheap and easy can't transfer
Allied universal is always hiring ...they handle about 90% of Nashville in private security contracts. So yes, your help is wanted and greatly needed.
