Do they take tires off the rim when you need only the rim. Or do you have to buy both of them?

Tire and rim is a package deal, but they only charge you for the rim. Have to take it off yourself

When buying rim, if tire attached, it's free. Was for me.

Am not sure, but you be better off buying the tire and rim cause is in expensive. It would be under $30
