Thank you . I found that in the Centennial Park dogs must be on a leash. Inside the fenced dog park however they are off leash. I met some very nice dogs and people there on Christmas day.
There is a dedicated off leash dog park and the rest of the park requires dogs to be on leashes. The dedicated dog park is across the street to the south of the main Centennial Park
Yes, its completely fenced in with double gate system to get in and out.

As far i know you have to have the dogs on the leash...but you could because sometimes is not to busy
