Once we had very rude waitresses and cold food. I felt really bad, because she was training someone and she was very rude to the trainee. The same waitress , also pushed all her duties on to the training not helping her at all, and was talking very bad about the customers when she was on break. (I heard when I was going to the restroom) other than that one time though it's usually not that bad.
Esr there at least once a month and have nevee had cold food or heard talk like that.

No I have never had any issues with the food or staff. Always friendly and professional. Food is always delicious and not cold. I have been there many times ever since they opened. Must had been a rare bad night for them.
