A lot of their services are free hey, just last week I had a screw in my tire, now granted I've never bought tires from them but I called them and said hey I had put fix a flat in the tire just to be able to move the car and I said can you fix my tire because when I went to Firestone they said oh know if you have fix a flat in it we can't do anything. So I called them and asked them about it and they said sure we can fix it, I said for how much and they said oh it's free service and they even balanced my tire. I was very impressed with their service
