Obd2 pinpoints the codes but not how to fix the problem. Youre gonna end up spending more money buying parts to figure out the actual problem or problem part. Im not gonna lie i would go to the other Pep Boys for service.
I have to agree i needed a single tire replaced andd had to go to work later that day like 2 hours later. They took 2 hours ans 30 mins to replace one tire. No one was ahead of me. If your throwing up a check engine light you can by a cheap obd 2 reader at walmart which will tell you a code that can be looked up online to Pin point the problem parts. Total cost around $70 and five minutes of personal labor. Way way cheaper and faster.
Always very fast when I am there. Isn't that like asking a doctor how long it will take to diagnose you BEFORE you set up an appointment?
4 hours if no one is in front of you
Run like hell. This people are idiots . The held my truck hostage for nine hours , then tell me they cant fix it . Then they want to charge me $900.00 dollars . Crooks .
Depends in what time you get there and hoe many people are in front of you. I was in and out in 30 mins.
It took them 4 hours to do a simple tire rotation for me, so I'd wager something similar
