It will depend on your arrival gate. If you arrive at the furthest possible gate it would be about 1800 feet from where you step off the plane to the rental car counter. The rent so car counter is on the 1st floor plane arrivals for concourse C are on the 3rd.
Rental car counters are on the bottom floor. As you exit baggage claim go down one level and all of the rental car counters will be there.
