I got the pleasure of working with Modern Trousseau on two special occasions. From the beginning to the end of the process the experience Modern Trousseau provided was excellent. Modern Trousseau was so kind, willing to help, and provided a great service overall. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Modern Trousseau is more than willing to go above and beyond for their clients and all while doing it with a smile on their face and a positive attitude! If you're in need of a wedding dress I highly recommend Modern Trousseau!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this bridal shop for many reasons. To start when making the appointment, Jenna seemed very stressed when I asked who we would be meeting with. She noted she was the only employee working there and it would be here. When we arrived she was not overly friendly, did not even ask our names including the bride. Just not a lot of personality or input during the entire time we were there. The shop is not very bright in the back and that is where you try on the dresses. The front is much brighter and would make sense to look at dresses you try on in front. The selection was POOR to say the least, very very limited selection and what they did have did not seem like high quality. If you do buy a dress you will have to drive to the seamstress and she rarely comes in the shop and it was a hike. In addition they have no parking so you will have to pay $10 hour to park somewhere close by. Very disappointing overall experience.

If I could give Modern Trousseau 100 stars, I absolutely would!!! I was able to customize the gown I chose into my absolute dream wedding dress… their design team is beyond incredible and walked me through all the options I had to make the dress exactly what I wanted. The best part? There were no additional charges to add these customizations and the dress was literally MADE FOR ME! I didn’t have to spend much extra on alterations because of the number of measurements they take before the gown is made. They even have an alterations option where the woman doing said alterations will pick the dress up for you and there’s absolutely zero stress about having the dress in your home or around your future husband until right before wedding day. I’m not the type of girl that expected to cry when I found “the dress” but working with their stylists and being told everything I wanted could and WOULD be a reality, I definitely cried. Best experience of my life and I wish I could do it all over again!!
