This is hands down the best bridal shop in Nashville. First of all, they have the best, most beautiful, and QUALITY dress selection in Nashville--and I went to 7 other dress shops. Also, the customer service was fantastic-- there was no pressure and you are the only bride in there at a time. I worked with Olivia and she was knowledgable and patient and kind. I could try on whatever I wanted. I could go through the racks, unlike many dress shops that don't allow you to touch the gowns and look at the gowns yourself. I found my dream dress here and have the best memories in this shop. The process has been seamless so far. I have already recommended The Dress Theory to my friend who just got engaged and she's already so excited to go there. Thank you Olivia and thank you Dress Theory!!! Truly the best experience.

When we walked in the door the lady greeted us with such appreciation the whole experience was off the charts! My daughter at first when we talked about going to try on dresses was not feeling it! Our first appointment was at David’s bridal in Franklin and it was an awful experience! We come to the dress theory at 2 o’clock for appointment and when we walked in the door and was greeted as we were we knew this was going to be an awesome experience! Every dress that this lady had my daughter Try-on my daughter love them! And that’s not what kind of person my daughter is half the time she don’t like anything she tries on! This is the place that you need to buy your dress! The lady went above and beyond for my daughter! I just want to give her a big thank you!!

Okay, I went there and felt like I wasn't their type of customer. The dresses can be cute but all of their dresses were small!! I'm an average size, not skinny and not too big. I wouldn't suggest this place if you are over a size 6.
