You won't be able to get money back. The airline will give you a credit amount equal to the price of the original tickets for future flights. However, depending on the airline, there is most likely a charge/fee to use the credit
Unfortunately, no. Most airlines offer some type of flexible ticket option, but I don't think that you can ever fully refund a ticket once it has been purchased.
You cannot return plane tickets, but you can exchange.
