We would use our slab-flattening machine (60" wide) since our planer's maximum is 18 INCHES, not 22. First, we would have to inspect the piece. No promises until we see it for ourselves. If its dry and can be flattened, the going rate is about $120/hour. Mike or Jeff can look at it and estimate how long it will take to get it flat.
I think they only have a22 inch planner
How long ago was it cut? What is the moisture content? Normally you'd want it to air-dry 1 year for every inch of thickness and then put it into a kiln to get it down to 6-8% moisture content. Then after that, you take to working it.
