Did you try Poulsen cheese company?
With such a short lifespan, they don't really do well in stores so just available directly from us. We'll be in Whitefish this coming Tuesday at the Whitefish Farmers Market. It's from 5-7:30 every Tuesday through Sept 24th. Another option would be the Kalispell Farmers Market on Saturday mornings at the College from 9-12:30. Cheers, Wendi
