They sell the mix and will give you the recipie. Its something like crackers, a bit of olive oil and the mix they sell..then bake a bit.
I was there last month, but can't tell you anything about wine tasting as I didn't go there for wine. If nothing on the internet, they probably are working on updates. Just give them a call.
