Be adventurous and steer away from the usual, you'll be surprised what's out there. Start with the begets they go fast, take your time and ask for suggestions.

Every trip out to the North Fork includes a stop at the Village Cheese shop. Yes, I could buy closer to home but the selection, cuteness and staff are unmatched.

Swiss Knight? I grew up on it. Want real cheese (so many to choose from) go to the Village Cheese Shop. You won't leave unhappy or empty handed either. 👍😁
Four customers max at a time. Employees are behind plexiglas. Masks & gloves. No restroom access. Distance markers on floor. Regular sterilization of plexi, counters, utensils. All employees are fully-vaccinated (Pfizer).
Love this place! They have almost any cheese worth talking about, *except* for the common ones you can get at most grocery stores. 😉
