I’ve lost 22 lbs in three weeks. But also I eat insanely clean. Lean protein, veggies and some unsaturated omega 3 source. And I work out at least 5x intense (75-85 max bpm) for 45 mins. And 3 times a week heavy lifting(which has 45 mins of cardio intervened)
I seen results within the first week. I've lost a little over 40lbs averaging about 10lbs a month. I lost a little more then 10 a month the first couple months and then started staying closer to about 10lbs a month after.
