No there isn't
As far as I'm aware, Verilife has not had a physician on staff that prescribe cannabis. You need to see a MD that will write the report. However when I was interested in becoming a card holder, the staff at Verilife were fantastic, had all the information, names, numbers ect. Even the individual that handles the background check and fingerprints.
There is Not a Doctor on site.
You should Google innovate express, they are probably going to be your best route if your PCP is not willing, which is what it sounds like.
