Mostly WF prepares health conscious food...however Its limited to time saving items for people on the go; breakfast burritos.. breakfast tacos... vegan and regular all pre-wrapped. Also breakfast pizza slices .. all whole foods are not exactly the same.. Orland park is what I'm referring to. And.... their menu is subject to change
You going to have to try it for yourself. I never had their breakfast buffet.
Never tried the buffet @ breakfast time.
