BUYER BEWARE!! First let me say that the Orland Park location has excellent instructors that are motivating. My review is based on my interactions with their corporate office. I signed up for the "free" 6 week challenge advertised on Instagram. It actually cost $500 (I put half down) and I was told would be credited towards a membership if the challenge was successfully completed. I received a medical diagnosis 2.5 weeks into the challenge that required me to drop out and I will not be able to return (I have arthritis in my wrists). I provided ILKB with a copy of the doctors note and after arguing with the corporate office for over a week, corporate has denied my request for a partial refund, even though I didn't receive the gloves, and the only "proprietary material" I received was a nutrition plan for vegan/vegetarians that includes FISH and Grass Fed Butter as items I should eat. REALLY?! I did attend 10 classes and felt that the promotion they're running for $30 for a month of classes would be fair to pay for what I actually received. Corporate disagrees and said "As stated in your contract, we have sole discretion to refund your deposit even in the case of an injury. Due to being given access to our proprietary materials, failure to adhere to all challenge guidelines that were stated and you agreed to in writing by signing a contract and making a deposit, and your attendance at ten different sessions, our final determination is to decline your refund request which we've also notified your credit card company accordingly. If you would like to return in the future, please let us know so we can apply a credit to another attempt at our six week challenge or toward a membership." It's sad that my opinion of ILKB corporate has tainted my impression of ILKB overall. It's hard to believe they want what's best for their members when this is how a medical withdrawal is handled.

I highly recommend I Love Kickboxing Orland Park. The classes are intense but fun. All the instructors are awesome. They’re friendly and helpful. The instructors and members alike are encouraging. It’s a fun way to relieve stress. There’s fun challenges to keep you motivated. No matter how tired I feel walking in, I feel great walking out.

I’ll say that I’m very happy that I decided to join when I did. It’s been 4 classes so far n I can’t wait to see my progress. The staff is super friendly and supportive. The energy that they bring to the studio provides so much motivation which can make it easy to wanna come back for more training. Thx guys! ☺️
