They absolutely have a gluten free menu and use tamari ('gluten-free soy sauce') in some recipes.
They do have gluten free soy sauce, and the sushi is mostly gf.
They don't have a specific gluten free menu but do offer GF items
Technically the sushi menu is mostly gluten free, as rice has no gluten. They do not have gluten free soy sauce but I doubt they would object you bringing your own.
Been there many times have not seen a gluten free menu specifically or gluten free soy sauce. I would recommend calling and asking during business hours.
