Tom and his crew did amazing job of replacing our previous awning that was old and damaged from winter storms. You can tell he is a vet in this industry and did a great job of explaining the various options and how that would best suit our home without breaking the bank or trying to up-sell anything. Removal of the old and install of the new was quick and efficient and came out looking better than we had even imagined. Plus this thing is very solid and sturdy, so won't need to worry about it handling this Ohio weather. Great guy to do business with and could not have been happier with finished product.
