Has no set hours its a park, i would guess, sundown?

I didn't really see a sign that stated the hours of operation, but i would assume that it be open at least til dusk.
It's open dawn to dusk. It is free and worth going to see.

Ive stopped by there on a Wednesday around noon and on a Monday around 7 am. I believe you can visit it at anytime. There is a small RV park there, so if you visit it after sun down you might spook some folks.

daylight at least. There isn't anything "operating" exactly. I've been to at midnight.

24/7 but i suggest going when the suns up.
Sunrise to sunset
It is an outdoor park that is open 24/7. You may find the gate closed at times but you are free to park outside the gate and walk over. The camping closes at the park seasonally but you can still go see the Big Muskie Bucket.
I believe it is a dawn to dusk type of place being that it is outdoors and in a park type of setting. Open 7 days a week.
