Yes there are multiple benches, there are spaced out circles to sit on the floor in, there are cushions you can rent if you want something more cushy, and in medical needs they can provide a chair.

There are benches that seat 2 to 3. Though, when we arrived all of the benches were taken. We ended up standing until the end of the first cycle. Then people left and we were able to sit down. Since we came in mid cycle we didn't have to wait but for like 15 minutes. (I think a single cycle is like 35 minutes) I saw another couple had brought their own lawn chairs, and just used those. :)
