Kinda cool but not worth what is being charged. If $25 a ticket id given this another star but that price and show dont add up to value to me

Was beautiful and an interesting idea! I have been for months desiring to go, seeing them all over TikTok and Instagram. Was disappointed though with the overall exhibit for this was not worth not money. It is one room, thats it, no other cool walk ways or effects. The projecting images of his work walk through a story, having certain parts enlightening and others with depth.Yet I did not learn anything. The images were all larged versions of his painting, maybe a few filters, and a few movements, but you can tell putting this together was as easy as a highschool project. You sit and watch the walls move, but was more of an instagram selfie room than anything. Felt disappointed with the money spent that I needed to reimburse myself through photos. Once out there was a giftshop, that was more interesting than the exhibit. Overall save your money, it seems amazing but really is not worth the price. If it was $10... okay, but $50+ is insane. Should have been features in another museum like in the Columbus Art Muesam or Cosi. Also the videos you see on social media that have different rooms are from their competitor company.

After a year of trying to get to Immersive Van Gogh, I finally made it!!! And it was totally worth the wait....from the minute I walked in to my last step out of the door I was in total awe. I loved that I was able to walk around and view the exhibit from different angles and the music was beautiful. The fact that it felt like you could step into the paintings was do real. Couldn't have asked for a better evening!! And my son had a good time too!!

I purchased tickets for van Gogh immersion several months ago and Elli thing I’ve ever received is the confirmation number. Is that I need to get us in? Supposed to be the only thing I’ve ever received is a confirmation number.
No
You should have been emailed confirmation of the day/time/location. Otherwise I'd suggest calling during business hours.
I didn't see any. I would call before you go. You might have to bring them.
Yes there are multiple benches, there are spaced out circles to sit on the floor in, there are cushions you can rent if you want something more cushy, and in medical needs they can provide a chair.
You get an email that you can print off or just show them. I screenshot the tickets so I didn't have to find the email again
You can arrive during that hour. If your tickets are flex tickets then you can arrive plus or minus 2 hours difference, but if you have the basic ticket then it's just the window that they gave you. You can stay as long as you want once you go in. You just can't go in until it's the time of your ticket. The show itself takes about 1 hour to watch the entire thing, but you can watch it as many times as you want. Once it is over it just starts again and they don't ask anyone to leave. We absolutely loved it! My 2-year-old and 4-year-old were just in awe of it the entire time.
I highly recommend kitchen social. You might even want to make reservations. They got us right in and didn't have to stand in line.
You can bring handbags. There is a coat check area as well if you don't want to wear your jacket/coat during your stay.
I think until February? Check the box office online.
They just scanned the code off the email I got right from my phone screen.
They are open today
They'll be open, it said it was closed today but we had tickets for today and we were able to get in at our viewing time.
Yes, it's wheelchair accessible.
